3. Orders: By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

4. Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

5. Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. HNDRD. AMSTERDAM does not store your payment details.

7. Returns & Refunds: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property: All content on this website including designs, logos, images and text is the property of HNDRD. AMSTERDAM and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability: HNDRD. AMSTERDAM is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
