Shipping Cost

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Estimated Shipping Times (Once Shipped)

  • Europe: 6–9 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
  • North America: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that weather delays, customs clearance, or carrier issues may occasionally impact delivery times.

Order Modifications

Need to change your address, size, or color? Contact us as soon as possible. Modifications cannot be made once your order has already shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. HNDRD. AMSTERDAM is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, we will do our best to assist you. Re-delivery may be coordinated with the carrier, though additional fees charged by the courier remain the customer's responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier and provide us with the official confirmation. Claims for delivered packages will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
