Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange: Contact our team at support@hndrd-amsterdam.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return or exchange
Our team will guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition with the original tags still attached. Items showing signs of use, wear, washing or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part such as a wrong item or defective product. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been successfully received. We cannot process claims without valid tracking information.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Partial refunds may be issued if items are not returned in their original condition.
Exchange Process: Once your returned items are received, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your exchange is on its way.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at support@hndrd-amsterdam.com to request a cancellation.
